by Nilankeeta August 12, 2016

We girls simply love that wonderful sun kissed glow with a golden light tan, don’t we? Well ladies, sunbathing can also damage your skin to a large extent and you might not be able to repair it ever in the long-term. But don’t get disappointed as there are some extremely effective natural tanning oils that can give you a subtle tanned look while taking great care of your skin. Here goes the list:

Natural Tanning Oils To Protect Skin

  1. Avocado Oil

Long-term sun exposure can damage your skin by drying it out. Avocado oil is a true solution for this. Applying unrefined, cold-pressed avocado oil can provide your skin with essential fatty acids (lecithin as well as unsaturated fatty acids) along with vitamins. These get absorbed by cells easily and keep the skin hydrated so that you possess a healthy and beautiful tan.

  1. Coconut Oil

When it comes to tanning, sensitive skin gets affected the most. Coconut oil gives the best protection in such cases. It not only fights against the damaging ultraviolet rays of the sun, but also keeps rashes, irritation, inflammation, allergies, infections, etc. resulted from these at bay. Using coconut oil also helps in maintaining the natural chemical balance of skin and preventing signs of aging caused by tanning.

  1. Green Tea Oil

The oil extract obtained from green tea leaves can do wonder for our skin, especially when it becomes prone to damage due to tanning. Green tea oil is loaded with antioxidants, which are highly effective in diminishing the adverse effects of sunburn. Moreover, it is able to neutralize the harmful UV radiation while providing a soothing effect. These are essential for a nice and healthy tan.
