Why to Use Milk as a Moisturizer

Lots of popular skincare and cosmetics brands have launched their moisturizing products in the market. But replacing all of them with pure raw milk will always be the best choice for you. Here are why you should use milk for providing maximum moisture to your skin:

  1. While most of the commercial moisturizers are loaded with harmful chemical compounds, milk is a completely natural remedy. Therefore, it is absolutely safe for using on the skin.
  2. Being a natural substance, milk is extremely gentle on our skin. It is of utmost importance as the facial skin is very much delicate and sensitive to deal with.
  3. Even though milk is mild for our skin, it is a highly effective moisturizer. It goes deep into the skin and the results become visible instantly.
  4. It is an everyday product and hence, is available easily.
  5. This is very much inexpensive in comparison with commercial moisturizers.

3. Milk Face Mask

Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of raw fresh milk (full fat or even creamy is good to use) and small piece of a soft cotton cloth. Dip the cloth piece into the milk completely so that it can soak up enough milk and get wet. Then, place the wet cloth over your face and spread it evenly with your hands. It will allow your face to absorb milk from the cloth and make it soft, supple and beautiful easily. After 15 minutes or so, scrub the face slightly with that cloth and remove it from your face. At last, rinse the face off with fresh cold water.
