- 3 Liters water
- 2 lemons sliced
- 1/2 cucumber sliced
- 10 – 12 crushed mint leaves
Simply add all the ingredients into a big jug or vessel, mix well and leave it overnight. Strain the liquid in the morning and transfer into a bottle. 4. Red Beets and Carrots Detox Drink

- 1/2 beet
- 2 small or 1 large carrot
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 apple

5. Watermelon Lemon and Mint Detox Drink
Another variant of the cucumber detox drink made by soaking the vegetable in water is the watermelon detox drink.
You would need
- Watermelon cut into cubes to fill half a mason jar or jug.
- Mint Leaves
Take the watermelon in the jug or mason jar and fill it with water. Add a few slices of lemon and a few crushed mint leaves. Leave this overnight for all the flavors to infuse into the water. Strain and drink the next day. The drink eliminates all the toxins in the body, helps you get a blemish free skin and also eases bowel movement.
