Get A Clear, Glowing and Beautiful Skin in a Week

Every woman dreams of a clear and glowing skin, but most are unable to have a beautiful skin due to a number of reasons that mainly includes their lifestyle and food. More than the cleansers and moisturizers that you use, it is the food you take and the exercises that you do make a major impact on how your skin appears. The following points will clarify what you must do to get a clear, glowing and appealing skin in just a week. Yes, you can develop a beautiful skin using the following steps.

 1. Control what you put into your body

Water is simply the most important ingredient that can make or break the looks of your skin. It helps by flushing out all the toxins out of the body. The lesser the toxins in your body, the better your skin would become.  What should you drink to replenish sufficient water into your system?

  • Fruit juice
  • Green tea
  • Coconut water (also check Benefit of Coconut Oil here)
  • Plain water

This will also help in keeping your skin hydrated.

Fluid Intake for a Glowing Skin

The antioxidants present in green tea have anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic features. In addition, it helps in eliminating the dead skin cells faster. The more the fluid you take, the more the skin becomes detoxified, clearer and softer.

The old adage that says, “you become what you eat” continues to be true without any question. If you want to have glowing skin in a week, your focus should be to eat foods rich in cucumber, watermelon and orange. However, avoid foods rich in salt because of their dehydrating properties.

Fruits Intake for a Glowing Skin

Increase the intake of green vegetables because they help strengthening immunity.  If you are a non-vegetarian, it would be best to reduce or eliminate the amount of meat you take for one week. This is because meat creates stress on the digestive system and raises the body temperature. This could further cause pimples.

2. Skin Care

In addition to controlling what you eat and drink, it will also be required to take care of your skin. This includes proper cleansing, steaming and moisturizing.

Once you have ensured that you are sticking to the above-mentioned diet controls, the next step is to give proper care to your skin. Cleanse the skin just twice daily using a reputable cleanser containing Aloe Vera and cucumber.

If you are unable to find such a cleanser in the market, prepare a cleanser yourself. Mix some curd and honey together to create a natural cleanser that will also work as a moisturizer. Apply it to your face and other skin areas and leave for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse with water.

The next part of the skin care job is to perform a steam therapy. You must have always noted how steam helped make your skin supple when you took it for treating cold or cough. However, make sure that you use steam therapy only two times per week with a gap of 3-4 days.

How does steam help your skin become softer and clearer? It works by removing the dirt in the clogged pores. It doesn’t matter what type of skin you have, this method is going to help anyone achieve good results.

Face Steaming

This is a daily job for the entire week. Choose a water-based moisturizer and apply it gently like a massage. Do this after taking a shower because your skin will be damp. Then moisturize again before going to sleep.

3. Exercise

Exercise leaves a positive effect on your body’s metabolism. Exercising during this test week can help you speed up the process of getting a clear and glowing skin.

Exercise works by eliminating toxins from the body and helping get a glowing skin. This involves doing basic workouts or even yoga in the morning. It will not just help with your skin, but also helps you feel fresh. Exercise improves blood circulation and helps in transporting of nutrition and oxygen to the skin tissue.

Practice these steps for one week, and you will certainly see dramatic results in the form of a glowing and fresh skin. Continue with this lifestyle and the benefits would extend to your overall well-being.
