What Lakme Enrich Satin Lipstick Claims:
Richly pigmented lip color that feels like a drape of luxurious satin. Sunscreen, vitamins and olive extracts leave you with the softest, smoothest lips ever! Indulge in chili reds, terra cottas, exotic sangrias and earthy rusts.
The lipstick comes in the very boring and traditional Lakme package which I completely hate. It’s very difficult to make out the shade of the lipstick from outside or from its number. The plastic used is good and it has a golden colored bullet inside but I think Lakme should renovate the packaging for this product.
The color of the lipstick is muddy brown when seen in the bullet and the swatch. It turns out to be more of nude on the lips. All the colors in this range are flattering and they are very much customized to the Indian skin tones. The color in particular will suit medium to dusky skin tone very well.
The texture of the lipstick is butter smooth. It’s super creamy and it glides like a dream. The pigmentation is also very good. The only cons here I feel is the staying power and its very poor. It stays on for maximum an hour. Due to this reasons I might not purchase any lipstick from this range again. Otherwise the range of color they have and the texture is pretty awesome. The smell is pleasant and it won’t last with you for long. They have covered almost all the basic colors in the range and you can give it a try according to your tastes.
