1. Minty Apple-Veggie Juice


  • Fresh mint – 2-3 branches
  • Apple – 1 medium-sized
  • Beet – 1 small
  • Carrot – 5


Shred the mint branches first. Core and mince the apple nicely. Then, chop up the beet and carrots. Finally, put all the ingredients in a juicer and turn it on. As soon as it is done, stir a bit with a spoon and enjoy!

  • Ripe papaya – 1 small
