Supplies Needed:
- Organic coconut oil – 2 heaped tablespoons (solid)
- White sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Lemon – 1 small
- A microwave-safe mixing bowl
- A spoon
- An empty glass bottle
Your legs are also important parts of your body. Pamper them like you pamper your face with a serum…..well…..with a natural homemade one
Steps To Follow:
Put the solid organic coconut oil in a microwave-safe mixing bowl and keep it inside the microwave oven for a few seconds. Once the oil melts completely, remove the bowl from the oven and let it cool down first. Then, stir the melted coconut oil with the spoon and ensure no lumps or bumps. Add white sugar granules to it. Also, squeeze out the fresh juice of the lemon into the bowl. Stir all ingredients nicely by using the spoon. The aim is to dissolve the sugar granules fully and develop a smooth, slightly sticky liquid of thin consistency. Pour it into the empty storage container, and you are done!
Note: Use only organic coconut oil to treat your arms and legs best. It is even better to find the extra virgin one. Take at least three tablespoons if your oil is already liquid. Whether you use white sugar or brown sugar in this serum, make sure that you take both oil and sugar in equal parts. Also, please do not use too much lemon juice, as it might dry out your skin.
Recipe 2:
This serum has antioxidant properties, making it a super-hydrating, anti-aging serum for our limbs. Make them accessible to fine lines, wrinkles, and pigmentation by using them regularly.

Supplies Needed:
- Vitamin E oil – 2 tablespoons
- Carrot seed essential oil – 15 to 20 drops
- Geranium essential oil – 15 to 20 drops
- Jojoba oil – 1 tablespoon
- Evening primrose oil – (1/2) tablespoon
- A small dark-colored glass bottle
Steps To Follow:
Pour vitamin E oil into the dark-colored glass bottle very carefully. Add carrot seed essential oil and geranium essential oil one by one. Also, add jojoba oil and evening primrose oil to the bottle and close the lid tightly. Give the glass bottle a delicious shake to mix all ingredients well. Your serum is ready!
Note: Vitamin E oil might not be available everywhere. Well, you can swap it with vitamin E capsules. Just take 2-3 capsules, puncture them, and use the content as the main ingredient of your serum. The bottle must be dark enough in color and placed in a cool, dark place as the serum contains essential oils in reasonable amounts.
Recipe 3:
It is an excellent essential oil blend that works as a natural solution for skin replenishment. It can nourish our skin, soften it, and repair fine lines to make it smoother.
Supplies Needed:
- Jojoba oil – 2 tablespoons
- Rosehip essential oil – 1 tablespoon
- Pomegranate seed essential oil – 1 tablespoon
- Lavender essential oil – 12 to 15 drops
- Chamomile essential oil – 6 to 8 drops
- Carrot seed essential oil – 5 to 7 drops
- Vitamin E oil – 5 drops
- A small dark-colored glass bottle

Steps To Follow:
Pour jojoba oil into the dark glass bottle. Add rosehip essential oil, pomegranate seed essential oil, and vitamin E oil. Close the lid and roll the bottle gently between your palms. Once everything is mixed inside, open the lid and add the remaining ingredients, i.e., lavender essential oil, chamomile essential oil, and carrot seed essential oil, one by one. Close the lid again and shake the bottle to blend all ingredients evenly. Voila!
It is a strong essential oil blend. Hence, keep the bottle away from light and heat. Also, prepare a fresh batch of serum every week to prevent it from spoiling.
The best thing about all these three natural homemade smoothing serums is that you need only a few drops to cover and heal your entire skin. Pour the serum onto your palm or finger, spread it uniformly over your arms and legs, and massage it gently into your skin by moving the pads of your fingers in a small circular motion. Ensure you have cleansed your limbs beforehand and the serum is completely absorbed into the skin.
