Ingredients:

  • Masoor dal – 4 tablespoons
  • Besan – 1 tablespoon
  • Raw rice – 1 tablespoon
  • Oatmeal – 1 tablespoons
  • Almonds – 2 to 3
  • Turmeric powder – (1/2) teaspoon
  • Rose water – as required

Instructions:

Take masoor dal and almonds in two separate bowls and grind them coarsely. In another small bowl, reduce the raw rice into fine powder. Now, take a medium-sized mixing bowl and pour all three powders into it. Add besan, oatmeal, turmeric powder and rose water to the bowl and mix well to form an uneven paste of medium consistency. Apply the mixture all over your face and massage gentle. Then, wash off with plain water. Do it a couple of times every day to get a clean, smooth and glowing skin.

Ingredients:

  • Besan – 2 tablespoons
  • Orange peel powder – 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh Raw Milk – 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

Orange peel powder is readily available in the market these days. However, if you wish, you can prepare it at home too. For this, you need to peel an orange and allow the peels to dry up under the sun for a couple of days. Then, grind those dried orange peels to make smooth fine powder of it. However, to make the ubtan by yourself, you have to take a mixing bowl and put all the ingredients in it. Blend nicely so that it turns into a thick paste. Now, spread it onto your skin and leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, rinse it off under plain water by rubbing gently in circular motion with your fingertips.

Start with peeling and grating the cucumber properly. Now, take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine well.
